The first step is to call a Chukchansi Park event specialist to book your date. The event calendar fills up very quickly and so you want to reserve your date as soon as you can. It is best to be flexible and have a number of possibilities for dates so that you can ensure you get a date you want. Your date will then be held "tentatively" until we receive your first deposit.

Sign contract & put down deposit
An event specialist will go through all of the contract elements and lay out a pricing sheet for you. A deposit is required at time of the signing of the contract. Deposit amounts varies depending on the type of rental.

Plan your event!
